Shipping and delivery

What is the delivery time?

Do you order on a weekday before 4:00 PM?
Then your package will be shipped the same day. Within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, your order is usually delivered the next business day. For other EU countries, this is 3-6 business days, and for the UK, 5-10 business days. Please note that in exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances with the parcel service or customs.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays?
These will be packed and shipped on the next business day (Monday).

What are the shipping costs?

  • Netherlands: €2.95 (Free from €20)
  • Belgium & Germany: €4.95 (Free from €20)
  • Other EU & UK: €7.95 (Free from €50)

All rates include VAT. Please note: for partial returns, free shipping may no longer apply.

How do I track my order?

Once your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code via email to track your order. If you have not received a code after 24 hours (please also check your spam folder) or if there is an issue with the delivery, please contact us within 5 business days at info@getglowlie.com so we can immediately initiate an investigation.

Do I have a warranty?

At Glowlie, you are entitled to the statutory warranty (minimum 2 years on manufacturing defects). To help you quickly, we ask you to report defects upon delivery or problems within the first 90 days after receipt via info@getglowlie.com.

Please describe the problem clearly and include photos; we usually respond within 24 hours. Please note: damage due to improper use, normal wear and tear, intentional damage, or failure to follow storage advice is not covered by the warranty.

I want to pick up my parcel at a pickup point, is that possible?

Yes! Simply place your order for delivery to your home address. As soon as your package has been scanned by the carrier (PostNL or a local partner), you will receive an email allowing you to change the delivery to a pick-up point near you.

What if I'm not home to receive the package?

If the delivery driver misses you, your parcel will usually be delivered to a nearby parcel shop or locker. Please note: you generally have 7 days to collect the parcel. After that, it will automatically be returned to us.

As soon as we receive this returned parcel, we will refund the purchase amount minus €6.95 for shipping and administration costs incurred. (Please note: for shipments outside the EU, these costs may be higher due to customs handling).

Returns

How long do I have to return?

You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt, provided the product meets our return conditions (such as an intact seal).

Cancellation: As we process orders automatically to ensure fast delivery, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed. You can, of course, register the package for return after receiving it.

How do I return something?

How can I return a product?
Please register your return in advance by sending an email to info@getglowlie.com with the completed return form attached. Make sure a printed copy of the form is also included in the package; this will allow us to process your return faster.

Important: Pack the product securely. Only register the shipment as a letterbox parcel if it actually fits through the letterbox. All costs and risks of the return shipment are at your own expense; we therefore recommend shipping with Track & Trace.

When can I expect my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the amount within approximately 5 to 10 working days via the original payment method. The exact processing time varies by bank.

Please note: If you used free shipping, but your total order value falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, we will be obliged to charge the original shipping costs. These will be deducted from the refund amount.

What can and cannot be returned?

You can return unused products within 14 days of receipt. Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept cosmetics returns if the seal is intact and the product is in its original packaging.

If a product (without a seal) is returned used or damaged, we will apply a reduction in value:

  • 25%: Packaging is missing or severely damaged.
  • 75%: Clear or irreparable signs of use.
  • 100%: Opened, defective, or unusable products (broken seal).

PR and Community

Can you pack my package in a video?

We will do our best to pack as many parcels on camera as possible, accompanied by a fun story time or tip. Leave a comment under one of our videos and we will do our utmost best!

How can I receive PR from you?

What is important to us at Glowlie is that you genuinely have an affinity with our products and our vision. This means: honesty, transparency, and a passion for skincare.
We regularly approach creators ourselves, but if you don't want to wait for that, you can always fill out the contact form. If we see a match, we will contact you!

Our results and product photos are completely unfiltered. In a world where AI, filters, and Photoshop are becoming increasingly sophisticated and difficult to detect, we deliberately ask our photographers and collaborations not to filter anything.
