Shipping Rates
All mentioned rates include VAT.

  • The Netherlands: €2.95

  • Belgium & Germany: €4.95

  • Other EU countries & United Kingdom (UK): €7.95

FREE shipping with a minimum order value of:

  • The Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: from €20

  • Other EU countries & UK: from €50

Processing and Delivery Time
All orders are automatically processed in our system. We ship on all business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Ordered on a business day before 16:00: Your order will be shipped the same day.

  • Ordered during the weekend or on public holidays: Your order will be shipped the next business day.

Indicative delivery times per region:

  • The Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: 1 to 2 business days.

  • Other EU countries: 3 to 6 business days.

  • Outside the EU (including UK): 5 to 10 business days.

Track & Trace
We ship our packages through reliable partners such as PostNL and their international network. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code via the email address used for the order. (Tip: Also check your spam folder if you have not received the code).

Lost or Damaged Package

  • Delivered damaged: Contact us within 24 hours after receipt via info@getglowlie.com. Mention your order number and include clear photos of the outside (incl. label), the inside, and the damaged product. Keep the packaging until the claim has been handled.

  • Not delivered (missing): Does the Track & Trace indicate that the package has been delivered, but you have received nothing? First check if it was delivered to your neighbors. If this is not the case, please contact us within 5 business days for an official investigation.

Incorrect Address Details
The customer is fully responsible for entering the correct and complete delivery address. Glowlie is not liable for delays, extra costs, or the inability to deliver orders as a result of an incorrectly specified address. If a package is returned due to this, it will be treated as an "unclaimed package" (see below).

Parcel Shops and Missed Delivery
As soon as your package has been scanned by the carrier, you can often change the delivery options yourself via the Track & Trace link or directly choose a parcel shop. If the delivery driver misses you, the package will be taken to a pickup point near you.

(!) Please note: Pickup period You generally have 7 days to pick up the package. If the package is not picked up in time and is returned to Glowlie, we will refund the purchase price, minus € 6.95 for shipping and administrative costs incurred. For shipments outside the EU, these costs may be higher due to customs clearance.

The mentioned delivery times are indicative; no rights can be derived from them. Glowlie is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping partners, holidays, or customs clearance. The rates shown during checkout in the webshop are always leading.
