Warranty
Claims must contain a clear description of the problem, if necessary supplemented with photos. We strive to respond within 24 hours. If a product is damaged upon delivery or shows a defect, this can be reported via info@getglowlie.com or via our contact form.
Important: We offer the statutory warranty of at least 2 years on all our products (in accordance with European consumer legislation). This warranty covers manufacturing defects. To facilitate quick processing, we request that defects upon delivery be reported within 90 days after receipt. Damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or intentional damage is excluded from the warranty. Defects or loss of quality due to failure to follow the storage advice (such as storing cool and dark or sealing the packaging properly) are also excluded from the warranty.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to indicate that you cancel the purchase (cooling-off period). After this notification, you have another 14 days to actually return the product. Prior to the return shipment, you can register it via info@getglowlie.com, with a completed return form attached. Below you will find a simple step-by-step plan:

Register your return by sending an email to info@getglowlie.com and attach the completed return form.

After registration, you will receive additional instructions from us by email, such as our return address. (This is NOT the address under the 'contact' heading).

Pack the product carefully and ship it via a post office or shipping point near you.

As soon as we have received and checked the return shipment, we will refund the full purchase amount (including any shipping costs of the initial shipment in case of a full return) to your account within approximately 5 business days.
Return Costs
The costs for returning an order are at the expense of the customer. If the return shipment is the result of an error by Glowlie, such as a defective product or an incorrectly delivered item, we will of course cover the return costs.
After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method. The refund takes place within approximately 5 - 10 business days after we have received the return shipment. This varies per bank. Of course, we try to refund this as soon as possible.
Please note: If you only return part of your order, the original shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If you made use of free shipping and the return shipment causes the value of the remaining products to fall below the threshold for free shipping, the original shipping costs may still be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Return Conditions
Hygiene and Sealing Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics), we can only accept them for return for hygienic reasons if the sealing (seal) of the packaging is still intact. Products of which the seal has been broken after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned. State of the package Ensure that the package is packed well and securely before you return it. You are responsible for the return shipment until the moment of receipt by us. Only register the shipment as a mailbox package if it really is a mailbox package, to prevent extra costs.
Shipping to a pickup point is possible, if a package is waiting at a pickup point and is not picked up by the customer within the specified period, the package will automatically be returned to Glowlie by the carrier. For processing this automatic return shipment, we charge €6.95 for incurred costs. This amount will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price. If you still wish to receive the package, shipping costs will be charged again.
For international shipments (outside the EU), the costs for unclaimed packages may be higher due to customs and administrative costs. Depreciation If a product (which does not have a seal) or the packaging is returned with signs of use or damage that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product, we reserve the right to apply depreciation:

25% of the purchase price for a missing or damaged packaging.

75% of the purchase price for clear signs of use.

100% of the purchase price for opened, defective, or unusable products.
