Shipping and delivery

What is the delivery time?

Do you order on a weekday before 3 PM?
Then your package will be shipped the same day and usually delivered the next day within the Netherlands. Please note that in exceptional cases, delivery may be slightly delayed due to circumstances at the parcel service.

Orders placed on weekends will be packed and shipped on Monday.

What are the shipping costs?

In the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping costs are €4.95. Are you ordering over €50? Then we will deliver your products to your home FREE of charge!

How do I track my order?

After your package has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code from us, so you can easily follow your order. Do you have any questions or is something going wrong with the delivery? Do not hesitate to contact us, we are happy to help you!

Do I have a warranty?

At Glowlie, we believe it's important that you are satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 90-day warranty on all our products. Should your item arrive damaged or if you notice a problem within this period, please feel free to contact us.

Send us an email via info@getglowlie.com. Describe the problem as clearly as possible and, if necessary, include photos so we can help you quickly. We aim to respond within 24 hours and work together to find a suitable solution.

Important:
We can only offer a warranty on manufacturing defects reported to us within 90 days. Damage due to improper use, normal wear and tear, or intentional damage is not covered by the warranty.

I want to pick up my parcel at a pickup point, is that possible?

Yes! If you prefer not to have your package delivered to your home, you can pick it up at a parcel point. You can simply order to your home address, and once Post NL has received it, you will automatically receive an email from them where you can choose a delivery time or opt for a pick-up point near you.

What if I'm not home to receive the package?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your package will usually be taken to a nearby parcel locker. Please note: these lockers are usually emptied after about a week. If you do not pick up the package in time, it will automatically be returned to us.

As soon as we have received the return, we will refund the amount of the product to your account. We will charge €5.95 for shipping and administration costs for this.

Returns

How long do I have to return?

You can return items up to 14 days after receiving your order.
Because we process orders automatically as soon as they are received, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel an order in advance.

How do I return something?

Before returning your package, please email info@getglowlie.com with a completed return form. Please also ensure that this printed form is included in your package, so we can process your return more easily and quickly!

Download your return form here. Please ensure that you pack the parcel securely and only register it as a letterbox package if it was also delivered through the letterbox; otherwise, the parcel will be refused by the shipping service. All costs and risks of the return shipment are at your own expense.

When can I expect my refund?

Once we have received your return, we will endeavor to refund the purchase amount to the account used for payment within approximately 5 - 10 working days. The processing time may vary per bank. Of course, we will try to do this as soon as possible.

Important: If your order included free shipping, but you return (part of) the products causing the total amount to fall below the minimum for free shipping? In that case, we are obliged to charge the original shipping costs. These will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

What can and cannot be returned?

You may return unused products within 14 days of receipt.

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of our products if they are unused and in their original packaging.

Important: Returned products must be in their original, undamaged condition. If the product is returned used, damaged, or incomplete, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the purchase price. This depends on the condition of the item:

  • 25% of the purchase price for missing or damaged packaging
  • 75% of the purchase price for irreparable signs of use
  • 100% of the purchase price for defective goods

Can you pack my package in a video?

We will do our best to pack as many parcels on camera as possible, accompanied by a fun story time or tip. Leave a comment under one of our videos and we will do our utmost best!
